Analysis of the Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Sikka Regency 2023

Implementation of the Data Needs Survey (SKD) aims to obtain evaluation material from consumers to support improving the quality of BPS PST data and services. SKD 2023 will be held in all BPS work units. The scope of SKD 2023 respondents is consumers who have received services from PST BPS from May to July 2023 at BPS Sikka Regency.
In 2023, data consumers at PST BPS Sikka Regency will generally come from government agencies. In the results of the satisfaction analysis, PST BPS Sikka Regency still needs to increase the importance of suitability of service costs. The service indicators in the 2023 SKD survey are the Consumer Satisfaction Index (93.45), the Anti-Corruption Behavior Index (92.54), and Consumer Satisfaction with Data Quality (100%).
