Welfare Indicators of Sikka Regency 2021

The welfare indicator (Inkesra) is one of the statistical information that describes the socio-economic condition of a region/region. With Inkesra which is compiled periodically, development planners at both the central and regional levels will be able to monitor and assess the development results that have been achieved. This publication presents an overview of the level of people's welfare and its development over time. To measure the level of people's welfare, impact indicators are used. This publication also presents input, process, and output indicators to provide an overview of the investments in various programs to improve people's welfare as well as the processes and benefits of these programs at the individual, family, and community levels. Between input indicators and impact indicators are not always in line. The explanation is simple: input or investment in a program will only have the expected impact if program implementation is carried out correctly. Therefore, the gap between the inputs and the impact of a people's welfare program should be seen as a sign of a mistake in anticipating the needs of the community.
