BPS Sikka Regency Opens 2026 Corn Conversion Survey (SKJG) Training

Maumere, September 22, 2026 — Statistics Indonesia (BPS) Sikka Regency conducted the 2026 Corn Conversion Survey (Survei Konversi Jagung/SKJG) training at the BPS Sikka Regency Office Hall. The training was held for two days, from September 22 to 23, 2026.
The training was officially opened by the Head of BPS Sikka Regency, Jemsi Armando Manufoe, SST. The training aimed to provide field staff with the necessary understanding and improve their preparedness to conduct the Corn Conversion Survey, ensuring that field data collection follows the established concepts, definitions, procedures, and guidelines.
The training participants consisted of one Field Enumerator (Petugas Pencacah Lapangan/PCL) and one Field Supervisor (Petugas Pemeriksa Lapangan/PML), supported by one committee member.
Through this training, all field staff are expected to have a common understanding and be well prepared to carry out the SKJG professionally. The accuracy and quality of the data collected are essential in supporting the availability of reliable and accountable agricultural statistics.
