Producer Price Survey Data Collection

Companies engaged in the industrial sector, their business activity cycle is centered in the production sector and their management activities are also related to the calculation and control of production costs.

Therefore, production costs are the largest cost component for companies engaged in the industrial sector, so they need to be planned and controlled.

BPS Sikka Regency carries out routine Producer Price Survey data collection activities every month. From this survey, the Producer Price Index (IHP) is obtained as a measure of price developments at the first level of the trade chain, namely producers.
