Village Potential Officer Training 2024

One of the surveys conducted by the Central Statistics Agency is Village Potential (Podes). Data from the Village Potential data collection is able to describe the potential possessed by an area at the village, sub-district and district/city levels throughout Indonesia. Podes data can be used by various parties who need it. In line with developments over time, the need for regional data and information down to the smallest areas is felt to be increasingly diverse and urgent to be met.

To ensure the smooth running of 2024 Village Potential data collection activities in May, Sikka Regency BPS will conduct training for Podes officers from 22-25 April 2024 online and offline. Online training will be held on 22-23 April 2024, while offline training will be held on 24-25 April 2024 at the Pelita Hotel, Maumere.

The aim of this training is to provide a common understanding of the concepts and definitions of the questions in the 2024 Podes questionnaire so that the data from the 2024 Village Potential is quality and useful to meet the needs of all parties for the development of Nian Tana Sikka.
